He isnt hacking... He's just w-tapping. Also, getting hits like that isn't that hard. On top of that, he could be using thorns, as it is able to go on BD armor, and can be used to keep people in combos.

 

The damage you were taking was from bleeding through MCMMO if I'm not mistaken.

 

Yea or poison/wither if you look at his heart, they change from his TP

He is hacking, or he lags too much which he uses to his advantage and I strongly think that he shouldn't be allowed on this network for that. You guys do realize that there are things out their to purposely make yourself lag.

 

He is obviously not hacking. As stated in other comments you were withered causing your heath bar to turn green and making your hearts decrease

 

Ok and do you realize he gets withered or poisoned? i guess not look over the video multiple times before you hackusate.
