February saw us bring in both an OP Factions and Prison reset. The primary focus for both resets aimed at promoting longevity in general playing across both servers and also stability on OP Factions. Unlike before, I'm pleased to see that OP Factions appears to have succeeded in both of its goals so far. Particularly tonight which saw us near 100 online on OP Factions with solid stability across the board. We hope this is a sign of things to come in the future, especially once we start pushing out advertisements.
Throughout the month, we had a good amount of changes being made for the betterment of the network. A full comprehensive list of changes can be seen here, but the largest and most important changes will be shown below.
- Changed srules to reflect changes in scamming punishments
- Added a fix for the recently-discovered chunk duplication exploit
- Fixed an issue with CoinFlip stats not saving correctly

After much discussion among management and feedback from staff and players we’ve decided to make scamming (both in game and with irl trades) punishable. Depending on the offense punishments can range from a rule 4 for minor offenses to a 3e for more severe offenses.
This will not apply to any past instances of scamming
This applies to all forms of in game and irl trade scamming (Use /irltrade for a safe way to conduct irl trades in game).
Some examples include selling fake OP items on /pshop, tricking someone out of money they had been promised, etc. All instances of scamming should be reported to an online staff member, on our forums here, or in game using /report <player> <evidence>
Our current rules preventing chest shop scamming have not been altered; chest shop scams of any form are still punishable and should be reported if seen.
If you have any questions about this feel free to message me or another staff member and we’ll be happy to answer.
